A 14-day full right of withdrawal applies to items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order. The 14-day period for the full right of withdrawal begins on the day the order is delivered.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the order confirmation, poly bag, hang tags, etc. Write the order number on the box using a marker or pen.

It is not possible to physically return the items yourself to this address.
Denmarkreturn label: When creating a return label with a value of 39 DKK, we reserve the right to deduct this amount (39 DKK) from the total refund amount.
International return label:When creating a return label valued at 7–9 €, we reserve the right to deduct this amount (7–9 €) from the total refund amount.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded as part of the return amount.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we cannot process an exchange, so please return your item as described in the return policy above. If you would like a different item, simply place a new order for the item you want.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. This means you may try the item in the same way as you would if you were shopping in a physical store.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the poly bag, hang tags, etc.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion of the purchase price—or none at all—as a refund. It is up to A. Kjærbede APS to assess the condition of the item.
RIGHT TO FILE A CLAIM
A 2-year warranty is provided on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship.
Claims regarding defects or deficiencies must be reported to A. Kjærbede ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Unless otherwise agreed, 14 days is considered a reasonable time. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The warranty is void in the event of improper or irregular use of the product.
A. Kjærbede ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
