A full 14-day right of withdrawal is granted for items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day the order is delivered.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN STORE:

If you have purchased a product online, you have the option to exchange or return it directly in our two stores. You can find our stores under the 'Flagship Stores' menu.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange it. Exchanges are only possible if we have the desired item in stock.

Please remember to bring your order confirmation. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Make sure the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with original packaging and tags intact.
