You have a full 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased through our website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day your order is delivered.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange it. Exchanges are only possible if we have the desired item in stock.

Please remember to bring your order confirmation. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Make sure the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with original packaging and tags intact.
